There is a rumor making its rounds through whispers, telling of a human who resides deep in the desert south of Tuscon. They say his knowledge in limitless; faces, names, what has been and what's to come... somehow he knows all there is to know about, well, just about everything. And he is rarely ever wrong.
Known only as Vail, the man offers to help those in need by keeping them informed, though his motives aren't exactly clear. His little trailer has become a central hub for the supernatural community, and he seems trustworthy enough...
